Community Resource Project, Inc. is the Regional Administrator for Northern California offering the Low Income Weatherization Program (LIWP), which provides a variety of services intended to promote the use of safe and clean energy in households living within the disadvantaged communities of the counties of Butte, Sacramento, Solano, Yolo, Yuba and Tehama. This unique complimentary program is offered through the State of California Department of Community Service and Development.
Once you meet certain eligibility criteria, including income qualifications and location of your residence (must be in the DAC, or Disadvantaged Communities area), Community Resource Project, Inc. sends out its qualified and certified assessors to determine what energy products are available for your home. These improvements can save you money on your utility bills to achieve better energy efficiency. They are installed at ZERO cost to you!

Residents who reside within one of the counties we serve are required to meet certain eligibility requirements regarding income, household size, and energy use, among other factors. Eligibility for services may vary depending on sources of income and other factors.
